No can do, Reza - it's 198 pages.
They got rid of the Individual Performance in a Variety/Music Program category and a loophole in the rules allows sketch performers in comedy-variety shows to submit in the Supporting in a Comedy category (but not Lead)

Yes, it's ridiculous and insane.
