It was more amusing during the NBC red carpet arrival special when Paula Abdul was forced (that's a very loose term the way she almost bubbled with having to do so) to reveal that Simon, on AI (how inapt or perhaps even apt an abbreviation THAT is), wears "push-up" T-shirts (they apparently are going to sell them. )

Actually, Clark looked better last night than he did on New Year's Eve. (He may have had some plastic surgery, though.) He's speaking more clearly, too.
And I liked Simon Cowell's tribute. It really came across that he reveres Dick Clark.
But it would have come across better if we didn't have to see his chest hair.
