Favorite is one thing...I highly doubt many from this board's favorite films win much on any occasion really, but I totally agree with BJ and many others that No Country for Old Men is a fantastic choice....and I'm sorry OG that you don't find it worthy.

Take solace in that There Will Be Blood will be incredibly highly regarded for years and years to come.
Agree on that one with Bog, Wes. It was a good choice this time.

On one hand, this result makes things almost mortally uninteresting.

On the other, I'll take a predictable but worthy outcome over a surprising but bad one.

Just to be difficult, I will predict Michael Clayton, a choice which seems remotely possible, and certain to throw the entire race into certain upheaval and panic.

I predict Juno, Ratatouille and Sicko.

For TV, I predict Grey's Anatomy, The Office, 60 Minutes, American Idol, and High School Musical 2.

Sean Young interrupting the presentation again.
Well, she's in rehab, so maybe a drunken Sean Connery interrupting the presentation.

They had no problem giving it to two musicals in a row (Moulin Rouge and Chicago) which were pretty comedic as well.

Yeah, I agree. It's going to be No Country for Old Men.
