The guide on my cable says that E! is in fact carrying the nominations from 7 - 7:30 Central Time tomorrow.

Why the heck is Dane Cook presenting anything?? Can we get this unfunny, unintelligent, uncouth fratboy off the air already?

She sure as hell should be. I just saw Bug, and what a performance. She should be the one giving Julie Christie a run for her money.

Tee, their programming schedule is hardly ever right. They usually put E-News Daily as the scheduled event and then put up the event. I'd assume it will be announced live on E, but it could be announced on TNT.

And, Magilla, I think Hayden is your more likely nominee of the two, who will likely be nominated in one of the TV categories for Heroes (whether she's in as lead or supporting, I don't know).

Too late. I already called Gone Baby Gone, though it might just as easily be replaced by Michael Clayton.

They usually have co-announcers. Most often they pick two people who have nominations, but they have had situations where only one of the two was nominated in the past. Anyone know who, besides Judd, is presenting? Are they going with two or three this year?

I'm calling these, just so I can be the one who says "I called them!"

"Gone Baby Gone" will be nominated for "Best Motion Picture - Drama", riding on the coattails of writer-director Ben Affleck.

And Simon Pegg will be nominated for "Hot Fuzz" in the comedy category.

(Worth a shot.)

The Grammys and Emmys always do this. I can't remember if the Globes do it too. I know for sure the Oscars don't.
