I have subscribed to Premiere Magazine for several years and have at least a year to run on my current subscription. The day before yesterday, I received a card from Premiere saying that the April 2007 issue would be their last. I will receive US Magazine for the remainder of my subscription period.
I was unaware Premiere was going to stop publication. I will miss it. Not always the heights of film writing and criticism but I looked forward to every issue, especially the annual Summer and Holiday Preview issues.
Will they continue to publish online, perhaps with both free content and content you will have to pay for? I hope so.
