What a bunch of crap. Travolta and Roberts instead of Holbrook and Keener. 7 drama nominees and no Into the Wild. I never thought I'd say it, but I have much more respect for the Broadcast Film Critics, not that I ever had much for the Globes.

So, it looks like Ronan is the Briony that will be the award getter.

Are we underestimating Charlie Wilson's War? or is this one of those Globe flukes?

And I bet Julian Schnabel gets an Oscar directing nod...this film could slide under the radar in a big way.

Gee, I was thinking the same thing! Surely, American Gangster could have been omitted from the list (haven't seen too many of the others to comment on, other than No Country for Old Men, which should be there, no surprise with that).
