Good Night and Good Luck and Brokeback are both top notch choices. Capote and Munich and interesting, if flawed, pieces that would round out a Top 10. Crash is fine, but an uninspired choice for sure. Besides the poor winner, these other four make for a strong selection for the year.

Good Night and Good Luck is a tier down from that. Crash and Brokeback Mountain are a tier down from that (although I'd go for Brokeback Mountain in a direct smackdown betweeen the two), and Capote belongs in the trashpile.
