My immediate predictions:

Picture: There Will Be Blood
Director: Paul Thomas Anderson, There Will Be Blood
Actor: Daniel Day-Lewis, There Will Be Blood
Actress: Julie Christie, Away From Her
Supporting Actor: Javier Bardem, No Country For Old Men
Supporting Actress: Amy Ryan, Gone Baby Gone
Original Screenplay: Juno
Adapted Screenplay: No Country For Old Men
Cinematography: Assassination of Jesse James....
Film Editing: No Country For Old Men
Art Direction: Sweeney Todd
Costume Design: Elizabeth: The Golden Age
Makeup: La Vie en Rose
Original Score: Atonement
Original Song: "Whatever Forgettable Song Is Nominated This Year"
Sound Editing: No Country For Old Men
Sound Mixing: Ratatouille
Visual Effects: Transformers

This is my gut, but looking over this it doesn't seem right: There Will Be Blood seems like it'll win Picture, Director and Actor...but then No Country takes most of their other matchups? Hmmmm....
