Jindabyne was released in Australia in 2006 and featured at the Cannes/Telluride/Toronto film fests but its US release was this year, which would make it eligible.

I thought somebody told me jindabyne was eligible last year? is this list accurate as far as everything is on it and its not missing anything?

Oscarguy, you may want to move this, but here's a link to the Reminder list of Eligible releases.

4 MONTHS, 3 WEEKS, 2 DAYS is on it. It was supposed to have a release in LA on December 22 for the purposes of qualification. I assume it did.
