Lord of the Rings in recognition of the trilogy, but I have fonder rememberances of In America, American Spendor and The Station Agent.

Lost in Translation, but Mystic River would be a fine choice too. Return of the King is hands down the worst of the Lord of the Rings films, Seabiscuit is bland and I never saw Master and Commander. I need to get going on that.
