Happy Thanksgiving
Re: Happy Thanksgiving
Hmm... So that's why you're posting at this odd hour
Sounds like a great holiday! I'm all for it.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving
Not everyone in America eats turkey on Thanksgiving. Prime rib and ham, or whatever you don't eat a lot, is often substituted. The only requirement is that you stuff yourself silly, eating at least twice as much as you would on a normal day and then not be able to sleep due to indigestion.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Even if us Europeans don't actually celebrate Thanksgiving. However, at the rate we are "Americanizing" ourselves, I wouldn't be surprised to see that happen during my lifetime. The main obstacle, I suppose, would be that too few people here eat turkey.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Re: Happy Thanksgiving
Hope everyone has a great day! I haven't been a huge presence lately, but since I've finally got internet at my apartment, maybe that can change. I still check things out daily, even when I'm not posting. It's been a busy year. I moved, got a full-time teaching job (right when I was about to give up on it), saw one of my best friends move 1000 miles away to Minneapolis, and have spent less time on the internet in general. Haven't seen too many new movies, and on Netflix/Hulu I've watched more TV than movies. I hope everyone's doing well.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Hanukkah! Tomorrow promises to be a real carbs and saturated fats explosion.
It will be especially happy for us because it's the Little One's first Thanksgiving/Hanukkah. We've been waiting all year for this day. I hope everyone has a great time tomorrow.

I hope everything is going well for everyone around this time of year. I know it can be hard.
