so happy to finally see JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH removed from your visual effects nominations.

agree with most of your nominations and winner picks, particularly your best picture and acting choices.

just curious, many of us (including myself) have felt this best picture race has come down to SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE and THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON. is there anything in particular that made you agree with at least one side of this assesment? specifically, i am wondering if you actually got a chance to see all five films in your best picture lineup.
