Tony Curtis and Lewis were the co-stars of Boeing Boeing which was revived last season on Broadway. More recent co-stars include Billy Crystal (Mr. Saturday Night) and Robert De Niro (The King of Comedy). Maybe they'll ask Lewis who he wants to present.
She remained friends with Martin through her connection with the Rat Pack. Lewis was never attached to that group.

That rules out any fags, Jews, broads or Polacks.
Damn, I wanted to see Sarah Silverman present it.

Debbie Reynolds. Carrie Fisher could write her a speech that begins "I should be getting this, not presenting it."

Or Liza Minnelli, the neediest woman in show business presenting to the neediest man.

Eddie Murphy? He has the Nutty Professor connection, is popular, and while he is not on the Academy's favorite person list, might Bill Condon be able to bring him in?

But Jim Carrey just presented the Honorary Oscar to Blake Edwards a couple of years ago.

What about Uncle Marty? He directed him in King of Comedy.

I think with Jerry Lewis, they should be considering a comedian or a comedic actor.

I have to ask: Who do you guys think should present Jerry Lewis with the award? I'm thinking Don Rickles or Adam Sandler. Any better ideas?
