I don't recall ever having seen Jumping Jacks. If I did it would probably be my pick considering my low opinion of the Martin & Lewis films I have seen. Most of the other films are fairly decent with Quo Vadis considerably more than that. I also think Million Dollar Mermaid is the best film Esther Williams ever made. The two really bad entries are The Snows of Kilimanjaro which is a snooze fest and Bloodshound of Broadway which is a low wattage musical.
Bloodhounds of Broadway gets my vote.

Most Miscast: Entire personnel of Plymouth Adventure as New England Puritans
Most Noteworthy Pre-Pubic Flop: Tab "Sigh-Guy" Hunter
The Roscoe Award: Jerry Lewis, who by dint of incessant struggle, has unquestionably established himself as The Worst Comedian of All Time
