The term Celebrity is quite subjective. I think you should change it to Nominee (for the bonus points).

Golden Globes Predictions Contest
The Globes will announce the winners on January 9th. Here are the rules to refresh your memory:
1. Pick a winner and an optional runner-up in all the FILM categories.
2. A correct prediction with a runner-up earns 2 points.
3. A correct runner-up prediction earns 1 point.
4. A correct prediction without a runner-up earns 3 points.
5. If three or less people get the right prediction, that prediction will earn them double points.
6. If you're the only one with the correct prediction, your prediction will earn you TRIPLE points.
7. Most accumulated points win.
8. Since we don't know the time or how they're gonna announce the winners just yet, the deadline will be 3:00 AM PST of January 9th.
OPTIONAL BONUS TIE-BREAKER QUESTION: [edited] It's been announced that there will be no celebrity presenters so it follows that no nominee will be attending or Zooming in.
