Based on José Saramago's spellbinding novel, this will star Mark Ruffalo, Danny Glover, Gael García Bernal, and Julianne Moore in the pivotal role of "the Doctor's wife". If you've read the novel, you know this one's going to be good. The director of this project is Fernando Meirelles (City of God, The Constant Gardener). Shooting begins next month.
