Look at the credits. At least their past eligibility was that each eligible actor had to have their own, individual name card and there was a requirement not to be listed after "also starring" or other such separating requirements.

I’m just wondering which cast members will be included and which excluded for Oppenheimer. There are so many actors that had a significant impact in that film, even with small parts.
