Grant Best Supporting Actor, Judi Dench Best Supporting Actress and Shirley MacLaine won a career achievement award while Bohemian Rhapsody won Best Ensemble. All the winners except for Dench are Oscar nominees this year, something unusual for this group which has never claimed to be an Oscar forecaster. You have to be over 50 to be nominated for individual awards.

Re: 2018 AARP Movies for Grownups Awards
It had a limited Oscar qualifying run beginning December 21st in New York and L.A.
It's doubtful if it will go anywhere in 2019 except straight to video.

Re: 2018 AARP Movies for Grownups Awards
How many people have actually heard of "All is True"? I think it was a horrible idea to release this movie so limited that I don't even think I saw one ad for it. Where did it play? It's wider releasing sometime this year... so I'm not gonna even count it as a 2018 movie.
"Because here’s the thing about life: There’s no accounting for what fate will deal you. Some days when you need a hand. There are other days when we’re called to lend a hand." -- President Joe Biden, 01/20/2021
