Yeah, Rex's writing is a bit sub-par this year. However, he recently turned 80. Hope his around for a long time to come. I've always enjoyed his articles over the years and compared to most 'film critics' today, the man is a giant.

Not his best writing, but he does seem to cover just about all the big names and many lesser ones. The list of those he talks about knowing personally seems to shrink with every passing year.
