Was Damien actively working on a third edition at the time of his death or was he not because he didn't have a book deal in place?

I'd love to hear his thoughts about the races of this decade.

Inside Oscar 2 needs to be updated. 17 years have passed since this edition.

It covers 1995-2000. The information you're looking for takes up a half page in each chapter.

I can scan the six pages if you'd like. Just let me know.

I'm looking specifically for all the pages with the order of presentation and presenters listed. What years does the book cover? I may already have access to the information....

I can't find my copy right now, so I was wondering if anyone had immediate access to it and would be able to either scan some pages or take clear pictures of a couple of pages from the book for me?
