Who are these people? The sign-on process seems similar to most secure website sign-on procedures these days. And who worries about submissions (ballots in this case) being changed after submission? Have they watched too many conspiracy theory movies?

Of course if the nominations skewer more toward Django Unchained and The Hobbit than Les Miserables and Lincoln there may be something to the theory that the new system is designed to freeze out older voters.
