It's a pity some of the attention for Jackie Weaver didn't rub off on Ben Mendelsohn as well. I think he would be deserving of a supporting actor spot.

The most astonishing performance I've seen this year is Giovanna Mezzogiorno in Vincere.

She was great in Vincere. Ditto Tilda Swinton in I Am Love.
