Maybe it was an accidental mix-up. Just like he accidentally switched The Exorcist and The Best Years of Our Lives on the Adapted Screenplay Best/Worst lists. :p

Seriously, though, these have been very interesting write-ups, OscarGuy and Magilla (and whomever else participated). I've enjoyed reading them.

My mind is boggled: Oscar Guy has The Aviator (and Lord of the Rings) listed as one of his favorite Cinematography Winners and How Green Was My Valley is listed as one of his least favorites. I don't even know where to begin.

I, for one, remember predicting No Man's Land over Amelie despite Amelie's excellent showing nomination-wise for the simple reason that I strongly preferred it over Amelie.
