Isn't she also playing Princess Di? Agreed—she really hasn't done any noteworthy acting in quite awhile. Although, I thought she and Armie Hammer were the only good things about J. Edgar, not that she even had much to do.

Pattinson, I get it...outside of the Twilight movies he's shown some promise, even in vehicles that weren't all that good. But Watts has proven that she is pretty much irredeemable unless everything around her is working perfectly.

Robert Pattinson is set to play Lawrence Of Arabia in Werner Herzog's Queen Of The Desert. Normally, I would be skeptical; but, I think Herzog is one director who could follow in David Lean's shoes.
