The Visitor
Rachel Getting Married
Vicky Cristina Barcelona
Happy-Go-Lucky
Australia
Wanted
Hellboy II
Bolt

Also, I haven't seen any Shorts or Foreign Language Films, and the only Documentary I have seen is Man on Wire

Damien you really have a huge number of films left unseen. I would have imagined you would sit through the nominated films if only to get first hand knowledge for the third part of your great book?

Is there one in the pipeline?

2: The Duchess
1: Australia, The Baader Meinhof Complex, The Betrayal - Nerakhoon, Bolt, The Class, Departures, Encounters at the Edge of the World, The Garden, Kung Fu Panda, Revanche, Trouble the Water

Changeling tops my Netflix queue, so I hope to fit it in before week's end. That will give me 100% in films/actors/directors. Happy Go Lucky will be my only missing screenplay. (Had Hawkins been nominated, I'd have tried harder to get to it)

Below the line, I'm short Australia, Defiance, and Bolt -- all of which can wait for DVD.

I've seen only two docs -- Man on Wire and Encounters at the End of the World -- and no foreigns or shorts. May duck into The Class or Bashir Friday if I'm far enough along in my Oscar party prep.
Wow, Tee, you and I are completely at the same point (as long as I see The Reader next Friday as planned) except I won't have caught Revolutionary Road. And I have seen the shorts.

I saw Bolt and the short films today, so I am done except for foreign and docs.

I was fully prepared for having not seen all of them. However, for having not seen half of them by now, I figure, for where I'm living, I'm doing pretty good. Foriegn films, I can never see by the time the Oscar winners are actually announced, so I've given up on trying to. But the ones I still need to see are:

Australia
Changeling
Defiance
Doubt
The Duchess
Frozen River
Happy Go Lucky
In Bruges
Rachel Getting Married
The Reader
Vicky Christina Barcelona
The Visitor

Too many to name, sadly. I thought I'd gotten my bases well covered this year, but only in the top 6 categories.
