This is not a problem of being old. The point is that the others are not mature enough. LOL!

I can never hear Joyce DeWitt's name without thinking of an SCTV game show parody on which she was a celebrity guest, only her name was Joyce DeHallfwitt.

I thought I recognized her! She was totally Midge on Mad Men. She was a commercial artist reminiscent of Barbara Bel Geddes' character in Vertigo, also named Midge.

And, guys, Penelope was obviously joking about Joyce DeWitt.

Better, but still wrong. It's Rosemarie, not Rosemary.

Yes, she was Jon Hamm's artist girlfriend in six episodes of Mad Men. She was also Paddy Considine's wife in Cinderella Man in which Russell Crowe played Jim Braddock, her real-life grandfather. This is her biggest role to date.

Joyce DeWitt was John Ritter and Suzanne Sommers' co-star on Three's Company in the 1970s.

Anyway, it's Rosemary DeWitt. She was John Hamm/Don Draper's girlfriend in the first season of Mad Men (well, the first three episodes anyway - haven't seen the rest).

I´d imagined her role was bigger.Anyway, Beatrice Straight performed 5 minutes in Network.

I really hope he isn't forgotten in the awards hoopla because he's magnificent. Right now, I think it's a great contender for original screenplay, with everyone/thing else being solid contenders (mainly the performers) to longshots. I really would urge people to see this film, though.
And what about Debra?

Critics also praised Debra Winger's brief but intense performance in the film as the dysfunctional family's aloof mother. Screen Daily said three-time Oscar nominee Winger had made the small supporting role memorable.
So, what about Winger in supporting in your predictions list.
