R.I.P. Philip Roth

I think I've read more Philip Roth than pretty much any other contemporary novelist. Not every book was great, but the breadth of his work, over more than half a century, is incredible. Personal favorites: I Married a Communist, The Great American Novel, Letting Go, the Zuckerman trilogy (The Ghost Writer/Zuckerman Unbound/The Anatomy Lesson), American Pastoral. A giant.
