Please dear God, keep me far away from Michael Phillips's house when he's having a movie marathon.

I really like Michael Phillips and A.O. Scott on this show much more than Siskel and Ebert. Phillips is pretty mainstream but he's several notches above Roeper. He's like Siskel, a glorified columnist with a social agenda who watches a lot of movies. Scott is a very amusing presence with a lot of very good comments. I enjoy watching him talk about film and they seem to compliment each other nicely.

They're rolling out their Best of the Decade list and this is where it's at...

MICHAEL PHILLIPS
10. Minority Report
9. Gosford Park
8. Mulholland Drive
7. United 93
6. Zodiac

A.O. SCOTT
10. Million Dollar Baby
9. 25th Hour
8. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
7. 4 Months, 3 Weeks, and 2 Days
6. The Best of Youth
