**1/2. Meh. Not its fault. 'Memento' renders it irrelevant.

Watch out for this work by Out of Sight writer Scott Frank. Probably one of the best movies I have seen in the past couple of years, with rich, complex results on the screen. The acting is across-the-board wonderful, especially Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jeff Daniels and Matthew Goode.

These past few months have been quite exceptional for movies, in my perspective:
Children of Men, Pan's Labyrinth, Letters From Iwo Jima, The Illusionist, The Queen, The Prestige, Casino Royale, and now the Lookout - it has been a very rich slate of movies I enjoyed immensely and movies that will age well.
