She was really pretty, but had an approachable normal-person vibe about her, which appealed more to my early-adolescent libido than the more exotic Tina Louise.

This is, of course, a shallow reaction, but it's Gilligan's Island we're talking about, so it's not like I'm going to discuss the level of acting.
