I was not that well versed in TV work, but he made an impression on me in the 1994 film, 8 Seconds. made when he was 27, in which he played rodeo performer Lane Frost who died at 25 a few years earlier.

Very sad to hear of his untimely passing and at a relatively young age.

I'm not familiar with Luke Perry's television work but have seen him in a couple of films over the years. The best was John McNaughton's Normal Life (1996) in which he played opposite Ashley Judd. Last year I purchased a copy of the film because I was curious to revisit it as I know I really liked it but don't recall anything about it.
