None of the obits I've seen mentioned that he played Raymond Burr's opposing counsel in eight TV movies between 1986 and 1988.

He also played Katharine Hepburn's son in Mrs. Delafield Wants to Marry and guest starred on Murder, She Wrote having earlier co-starred in Broadway's The Magic Show co-produced by Angela Lansbury's brother, Edgar. His most recent Broadway appearance was in the Dean Jagger role in the 2009 stage version of White Christmas.
