I tried to find a story with a headline that didn't have that reek of sensationalism in it*, because she was more than Carrie Fisher's mother. But of course this is what everyone is thinking right now, and it makes her death doubly heartbreaking. Her living long enough to see her daughter's passing should not be the natural order of things.
