Saddest Movie Ever?
Re: Saddest Movie Ever?
That scene in the 1979 The Champ is a good example. The scene that teared me up the most when I first saw it was the one in which Debra Winger sees her sons for the last time in Terms Of Endearment. I fell in love with Emma and was rooting for her big time to improve her and her kids' lives. Watching it all end was hard on me.
The great thing in the world is not so much where we stand, as in what direction we are moving. It's faith in something and enthusiasm for something that makes a life worth living. Oliver Wendell Holmes
