AFI Silver Theatre & Cultural Center

This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of going to this theatre. I was visiting friends in the DC area and Sunday we film aficionados wanted to check out this movie theatre because so many people told me it is the best theatre to see a movie in. I concur. It's immaculate, and I can't explain it, but it's as though the quality of the movie was clearer. They have great programs. We were there for a Directed by Clint Eastwood film festival, and wound up seeing Changeling, which I had not seen here before.

They have an environmental film festival upcoming and they have documentary films showing all the time.

Just wanted to reccomend this classy joint. There's a Panera Bread next door, which made my cultural experience complete (j/k).
