I couldn't resist Batman and Robin because of the leads. The show was erotic as hell, even for a straight man.

I voted the '66. It is the one I most want to watch right now.

They've all pretty much sucked, if you ask me.

I watched Gotham Knight, it's excellent. I also recommend this to any one going to see The Dark Knight. Don't worry, it's better than Animatrix.

So far, the best Batman film is Mask of the Phantasm, followed by Batman Begins.

I would recommend everyone to check out Batman: Gotham Knight at some point soon. If you can try and see it before The Dark Knight.

When forced to choose, I have to go with Christopher Nolan's vision if for only the reason that it's more akin to the original intent of the Batman comic books. It's about a dark, gritty city with a realistic antagonist (not your typical super-powered hero). I like the original Batman films, but their fantasy overtones are too Burtonian in retrospect.

Since the highly anticipated "The Dark Knight" is coming to theatres next week, let's take a look back and recognize our favorites.
