A couple of years ago, TCM aired a "restored" version of the film, using production stills. It was very interesting, but it wasn't really a movie. It is considered a lost film, and I doubt that the folks at Aint It Cool News knows more about this than TCM.

Hoax. Somebody noticed all the webtraffic that posts on the Metropolis rediscovery got, and thought they'd try to replicate it.

I know little about this film, but the look of Chaney has always freaked me out.

I can't wait to finally get to see this...
