Yes, it is 7PM ET for the red carpet and 8:30 for the show.

...the official starting time for the preseentations Sunday night? All the advertising says 7PM ET, but I'm figuring that's ABC's red carpet, and the show proper doesn't usually kick off till 8:30.

I'd appreciate if someone can confirm this, so I can inform our guests when to show up.
