My choice for Best Production Design is "Not Mank." But given our options, I would absolutely go with Tenet to win. Tenet has a great look and feel to it. It's everything else that's the problem. Considering that Tenet is Nolan's first film that is wall-to-wall set pieces, it's only fitting that if one were to honor anything about the film it should be the sets: the vaults, the museums, the yachts, etc.
