It depends on your criteria.

You could say Isabelle Huppert based on her lack of a SAG nomination.

You could make the case for Kate Winslet for Revolutionary Road.

Maybe Blue Sky because it was such a forgotten film.

Sharon Stone for Casino. She didn't have a SAG nomination and she beat Susan Sarandon for Dead Man Walking, Elisabeth Shue for Leaving Las Vegas, Meryl Streep for The Bridges of Madison County, and Emma Thompson for Sense and Sensibility.

Sally Kirkland for Anna because it was such a small thing...

I don't know. This all becomes moot once Andra Day gets nominated, which she quite likely will.

The three winning actresses (Drama, Comedy/Musical and Supporting) are not nominated for SAG... had this ever happened?

The film is a chore to sit through, but she rises above it. Not sure that's enough for Oscar, but her chances of getting the fifth nomination alongside Davis, Kirby, McDormand, and Mulligan just got a boost.
