As for surprise presenters, I would like to see Angela Lansbury. She's in L.A. doing Blithe Spirit on stage. She couldn't attend last year to acknowledge her honorary Oscar because she was doing Blithe Spirit in London. As for the most recent honorary recipients, I think Harry Belafonte is probably the likeliest to show if he isn't snowed in in New York. He and Lansbury presenting Best Picture would be a great combo.

Or, how about which acceptance speech will be longest?

I think we need a different tie-breaker than "last person in In Memoriam" since everyone is certain it will be Robin Williams. Here are a few suggestions:
