I hear ya about last minute changes. Mine was switching Redmayne for Cumberbatch right at the last minute. I almost switched to THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL for Best Film in its category, too.

On a hunch, I had The Theory of Everything down for Score (the one element of the film I truly enjoyed), Leviathan down for Foreign Film and Amy Adams forBig Eyes, but then switched them a couple hours before the show started to the more "expected" winners (including accidentally citing The Grand Budapest Hotel as a foreign film - d'oh). I need to follow my instincts more! But I'll take co-runner-up, just the same ;-)

I saw my performance on my own site's predictions and thought I had done horribly here. When I saw 20, I had to count for myself. I'm a bit shocked that I did that well all things considered (strange, I didn't change my Globe predictions on Best Picture on my site to match what I had here, so that may have been part of the problem of why I thought I did so poorly). Not that my numbers are that great. They are completely embarrassing.

Anyway, congratulations to the winners.

Thanks, Ryan.

I think I was counting Arquette as 3 instead of 2. Nice to have someone with sharper eyes doing the counts!
