No split votes this year in any category that I could see. The favorites or second favorites won in most, if not all, the categories.

If Swinton wasn't the favorite going in, she became the favorite after the Baftas.

The only real surprise (to me anyway) was The Bourne Ultimatum winning three awards.

You may be right. I had a gut feeling several days ago that in case there's a split vote among BLOOD, OLD MEN and ATONEMENT in Best Pic category, the dark horse is going to be MC, not JUNO. Tilda's win might show that MC does have the momentum.
