Can somebody please tell me why anyone even gives a shit about fashion? I mean, what's so great about it?

HA. Seriously. Her HBO Mini was way better than any of the recent movie portrayals. And since we're being bitchy about fashion here -- who the hell did Cate Blanchett's hair?

Oh, and Akash, let's not forget Best Portrayal of Queen Elizabeth I in the room as well.

I totally agree Flipp. Not to mention second year in a row as the classiest person in the room. Love her. They should give her another Oscar soon. Just to get her on-stage again.

Best dressed of the night (for the second year in a row): Helen Mirren.

You read my mind. But I think the fashion congnoscenti tends to leave spouses alone.

Cameron Diaz also looked like shit. No makeup, and she didn't comb her hair. Javier's mom wore more jewelry than I've ever seen any woman wear, and Diablo's tatt was a work of art.

All I know about the fashion is that if Rebecca Miller doesn't make the worst dressed lists, it's because she isn't well-known enough.

To discuss the fashions of the stars. Best, worst and unlawful.
