Hilary Swank totally "robot-ed" her way through the red carpet interview. She said the same thing like three times. A virtual automaton. Which is fine. I mean, her acting is great. She doesn't have to have a personality off-screen, I suppose.

At a ticket price nearly three times that of normal movies. It was a concert, not a movie, so it really shouldn't be counted. Yes. $61 million is a good deal of money and it's presently the third highest grossing film of the year, BUT it's still not a movie, has no place being at the Oscars and this is only February, so it will fall below the top 20 easily by the end of the year.

God, ya know, even on the red carpet Helen Mirren puts everyone to shame. "I'm playing the madam in a whorehouse in Nevada and I think a little bit of a character is rubbing off on me at the moment."
