That's what I thought and looking at the archive of winner pics for the DGA, none of the others had an engraved plaque on the left hand side.

Paul Thomas Anderson either got one of the silver plaques or the gold one, I can't frickin' tell from the image, but I'm guessing since I haven't seen the others, it's the nominee's plaque, not the winner's...

can anyone else tell?
