Having also seen it, I’m pretty sure he means the former. It has a really great ending/coda.

I watched The Cook, The Thief The Wife & Her Lover this weekend. He was magnificent in it.

Yes, you should. Season 4 (the last one) is probably the best thing I’ve ever seen made for television, right on par with The Sopranos.

If you haven’t seen any episode yet bear in mind that season 3 is somewhat disappointing.
