That was the year for Glenn Close, in spite the fact that I consider Hunt as a fair win.

Gordon in enjoyable to watch in Minnie Castevet´s portrayal. Parsons has minor chances, after last year´s win. I love Carlin but Gordon´s attributes prevail in that case. Havent´seen Locke.

Hard decision. Newman appears as the clear frontrunner. Richard Harris behind him. I´m going to vote for Newman.

My vote goes to Peck in a sublime performance.

Water for Elephants 3/10 Absolute lack of chemistry between Witherspoon and Pattinson. Waltz was asked to do the same as in Basterds or, maybe he is a very limited actor.

What a change! After the independent film festival, I have to deal with commercial crap again, I was getting used to good movies so far.
