Oh, I'm glad to hear that. I always hope Dallas Stars do well, because they have had (my compatriot) Lehtinen playing for them so long. I love Jere!!! I took a picture with him at a fundraiser. Then, a few months later, I took it to a practice and asked him to sign it for me. He said, "Hey, we...

Am I correct? Now, as far as I know, the board has two M.D.'s of its own! Actually, I am a physician assistant. One of the ward clerks at the hospital was shocked the other day when she realized that. She said, "I thought you were a doctor!" I said, "Is that good or bad?" She sa...

I am really enjoying hearing more about y'all. I think it is really neat that many of you are working or trying to work in the film industry. It seems to be a tough nut to crack, but I think there's plenty of room for new and innovative talent. I would like to write a book someday, but it being mad...

Um, I am a Mavs fan, but not much of a Cuban fan.

My big love is the Dallas STARS. Now, that's a fun night!

Thanks for the heads up about the Austin festivals. Maybe, someday...

Well, I am probably the only middle-aged, working mother who likes to watch movies and tell her friends about them...and who has to see the movies nominated for the big Oscar categories...and...and...

There are many peoples and I don't know what everyone does. Is everyone but me in the film industry in some capacity? I am a physician assistant. My existence is pretty mundane, but I am a generally happy creature. Let me watch movies and cook and knit and spend time with people that I love, and I ...

May I bring this topic back to The Dark Knight? I finally was able to see it today. I got off work early, and nothing else I wanted to see was playing nearby. I've seen the first Batman movie and maybe the second, and then I kinda lost interest...and the only reason I saw this one was the Oscar buz...

Well, happily - I guess - my name is not Steph. It's Mary Kay. I live near Dallas. I know that Dallas has a couple of film festivals, but being that I work (and not in the industry - in medicine) I haven't yet had the pleasure to attend any. Penelope - Thank you for giving me the 4-1-1. Nice to mee...
